Returns Policy

  • Should you wish to return or exchange your item, the bag(s) must be returned unused and in all of the original packaging including the dust bag and box provided. Please ensure that the box is protected as this is considered part of the product.
  • If the bag is returned damaged or broken Aimee Ward has the right to refuse a refund. A refund will only take place once the bag has been returned safely. The product is your responsibility until it has reached us, so please ensure that it is protected in appropriate packaging.
  • Your returned item must arrive no later than 14 days after you receive the order. After this time we cannot guarantee that we will accept the order for a refund.
  • You as the customer are responsible for the payment of postage for returns, unless the item is faulty, in which case we will arrange repayment of shipping once goods have been received.

Personalised Bags

We are unable to offer an exchange or refund on any bags that have been personalised, unless the item is damaged or faulty.

When adding personalisation to your bag please ensure you check all spelling, grammar, punctuation and the use of capital and lower case letters as we will personalise exactly what is entered online and we cannot accept returns of products that have been personalised.

Damaged/Faulty Bags

All bags undergo a quality check before being dispatched to our customers. If your item arrives damaged or faulty please contact us immediately at info@aimeeward.com.

Receiving your Refund

Once your returned product has been received and it complies with our returns policy, a refund will be processed back to the original payment method used for purchase within 30 days.
