The bags have been hand-made using high quality materials and production techniques and are intended to give you many years of enjoyment.

Given the delicate nature of the bags and hand made qualities of the production Aimee Ward cannot be held responsible for any personal damages caused from dropping, contact with sharp or abrasive surfaces or damage from abrasive substances/solvents.

Aimee Ward cannot assume responsibility for any eventual deterioration and mishandling of the product

In order to keep your bag in the best condition, the following care is recommended:

  • When you are not using it, always store your bag in the dust bag provided
  • Always store away from light, heat and moisture.
  • Handle with care and avoid any contact with sharp objects or abrasive surfaces as this can cause the leather to tear and the acrylic and metal to scratch.
  • Avoid contact with water, perfume or any chemical substances.

Leather care

The inner leather bags may develop wrinkles with constant flexing over time, this is considered the natural wear of the product and not a fault. It is in the nature of laminated leathers to lift over time. Do not treat the leather with any alcohol based liquids as this will damage the gold leaf and metallic finish.

The best way to clean the bag is by gently wiping it with a soft and slightly damp lint free cloth and dry immediately.
